Agreement to Terms
By using this website or buying our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Services
Fullscale provides website design, SEO, and Google Business Profile services. The exact scope of each project depends on the plan you choose or the agreement we make with you.
Payments & Billing
Plans include a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, billed through Stripe. Monthly fees renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Setup fees cover work already started and are generally non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time. Delays in providing materials may delay your project.
Results
We work hard to improve your leads and rankings, but search engines control their own results. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you own the content you provide and the final design created for you. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of Liability
Fullscale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
